These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the se98 platform, including all gaming, betting, and ancillary services offered through the website at se98.org and any associated mobile applications or interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and se98 ("se98", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using any part of the se98 Platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

se98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on their account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the se98 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. se98 does not permit access to or use of its Platform by any person under the age of 21, without exception.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual. Corporate accounts or accounts operated by third parties on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period, whether imposed by se98 or any other gaming operator.
• You must not be prohibited from participating in online gaming under any applicable law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which you are located.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

se98 takes its age verification obligations seriously. At registration, all players are required to make an age declaration. se98 further reserves the right to request identity documentation — including a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification — at any time and without prior notice. Access to the Platform may be restricted or suspended pending successful verification.

To access the full range of se98 services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, se98 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and withhold any funds pending a full review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your se98 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. se98 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All financial transactions on se98 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). se98 supports the following local payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your se98 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the deposit interface of your account dashboard. se98 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. se98 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the account dashboard. Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have passed all applicable identity verification checks and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full.

Fees: se98 does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges. se98 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment services.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: as displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the request.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to standard compliance checks and may be delayed if additional verification is required.
• se98 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before releasing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted, except where se98 expressly waives this requirement in writing.

se98 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or cryptocurrency wallets. All withdrawals must be made to an account or mobile wallet in the registered player's own name.

se98 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bonus amounts, time limits, and any applicable maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are communicated clearly at the point of each offer.

General bonus conditions that apply across all se98 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money balance is used first for wagering unless the bonus terms specify otherwise.

Sports betting markets and odds on se98 are set in accordance with standard industry practices. se98 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed on a market that was offered in error.
• The odds or terms of a market were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error.
• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed, or materially altered.

In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the player's se98 wallet. se98's decision on the settlement of bets and game outcomes is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 12.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the se98 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering using false, misleading, or third-party identity information.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or mechanical device to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error on the Platform, whether in games, the wallet system, or any other component.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, dealers, or staff for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or using the Platform to process funds of illicit origin.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person without their explicit authorisation and disclosure to se98.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving the corresponding gaming services.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward se98 staff or other players.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent the security features of the Platform.

se98 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, the relevant account and associated funds may be frozen. se98's findings following any such investigation are final, subject to the dispute process in Section 12.

se98 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming across its entire Platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income, a method of recovering financial losses, or pursued in a way that places financial, emotional, or social wellbeing at risk.

All se98 players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account dashboard, at no cost and without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your se98 account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. se98 will notify you when your limit is approaching and close the session when it is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform — available for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — during which your account will be inaccessible.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the se98 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and any pending self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period as specified at the time of the request.

All content on the se98 Platform — including but not limited to the se98 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and any other material — is the intellectual property of se98 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of the Platform or its content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use the se98 name, logo, or branding in any commercial context without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website without express authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of se98's intellectual property will be treated as a serious violation and may result in legal action. If you wish to seek permission to use any se98 content for any purpose, please contact se98 via the support channel.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, se98 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or gaming winnings resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond se98's reasonable control.
• Any disruption to gaming services caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or force majeure events.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension or termination due to breach.
• Decisions made by you regarding the placement of bets or participation in games.

se98 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. se98 takes commercially reasonable steps to ensure Platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit se98's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all other respects, se98's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

se98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where se98 reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player's account or activity is under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Account closure is required to comply with regulatory obligations or a directive from a competent authority.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under the Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon account closure for reasons of breach or prohibited conduct, se98 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or money laundering is substantiated, to withhold funds pending investigation and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

Upon closure of an account in good standing — at the player's own request or for reasons unrelated to breach — any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending identity verification and the absence of outstanding withdrawal restrictions.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which se98 holds its gaming licence. Players acknowledge that they are accessing the Platform from their own jurisdiction and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their location.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, game outcome, bonus calculation, or any other aspect of the se98 service, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed description of the dispute to se98 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Include your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and any supporting screenshots or transaction references.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: se98 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 14 calendar days.

During any open dispute, se98 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on the relevant account or the funds in question pending resolution. Players agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals while a dispute is being investigated through this process.
